New Hire Onboarding

This course is a prototype for onboarding new hires. The structure, audio, and animations showcase the visual and interactive possibilities of an onboarding training for employees as they learn about their role, the company, and related expectations. 

I designed this course to showcase a learner-controlled experience; participants set the pace of instruction and can easily navigate forward and backward throughout the learning journey. Providing learners with this level of control is important for new hires, as they navigate company missions, values, and procedures—allowing them to process and revisit content at their own pace.
